Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations: All bookings made on the Spinzy platform are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations.

  2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 4 hours prior to the slot time, subject to availability.

  3. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your booked slot will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

  4. Venue Closure: In the rare event that Spinzy has to close the venue due to maintenance or weather (for outdoor sports), a full credit or refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
