1. Nature of Service: Spinzy provides sports facility rentals (Service). No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery of Service: The service is consumed at our physical location: Guru Amardas Nagar Plot No 3 Near Deepak Builders, Ludhiana (PB).

3. Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation (Ticket) is immediately sent via Email and WhatsApp. This serves as proof of delivery for the booking.
