Welcome to Spinzy. By booking a slot or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage: The courts/box are to be used only for the sport booked.

2. Safety: Players must wear appropriate non-marking sports shoes. Spinzy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during play.

3. Equipment: Any damage to the property or equipment caused by players will be charged to the booking person.

4. Conduct: Management reserves the right to deny entry or ask players to leave if found misbehaving.

5. Timing: Players must adhere to their booked time slots strictly.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana Punjab.
